David Brookes is a retired Gloucestershire Police Officer who during his service and since retiring has been involved in House Building. More recently he has undertaken ‘Home Inspector’ training at The National Building Research Establishment, where he qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor.

More recently we have received training from AIIC and now offer Landlords and Letting Agents Inventory Clerk services. This includes a fully digital report (usually issued within 24hrs) integrating floor plans and photographs. Should a dispute between Landlord and Tennant occur over a deposit then this report can provide infallible evidence of the condition of the property at ‘Check in’ and secondly at ‘Check out’, therefore protecting the position of the Landlord and Tennant.
