David Brookes is a retired Gloucestershire Police Officer who during his service and since retiring has been involved in House Building. More recently he has undertaken ‘Home Inspector’ training at The National Building Research Establishment, where he qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor.

Upon carrying out Domestic Energy Assessments for others, he became concerned about some of the high prices that were being charged for the assessments by certain agencies. So he decided to start his own business where he could produce Certificates and Packs at a more competitive level.

We work in liasion with PALI Ltd (Property and Land Information Ltd) and Hipview. They are members of AHIPP (Association of Home Information Pack Providers) and the PCCB (Property Codes Compliance Board). They have more than 8 years experience in the provision of all title documents and searches required for HIP's. We can provide you with a compliant, accurate and secure HIP.
